Bio: Bol name comes from Yugoslavian and means 'pain'. "We wanted something to do with pain," Rob begins, "but the word 'pain' seemed pretentious. One night at a party...there was a DJ from Yugoslavia there--we asked him [to translate it], and that was basically it."*
Rob Robinson played in Hate Dept., Kevorkian Death Cycle and Sergeant Sawtooth. Hate Breeds Hate was produced by Seibold from Hate Dept. "Steve [Seibold, who mans Hate Dept.]'s band before that, Cupid Falling, was around at the same time we were. Bol's been around since 1989 or '90, and we started off with just the two of us, but with bands like Ministry around, two members just won't cut it."*
