It's a very looong record. Let's begin to tell the fact that DKay.com is Jurgen Engler's (Die Krupps) project. The band had many kicking ass songs and split after releasing their best ever album Paradise Now and a few ocassionally designed collections. Next Engler founded a new band with the new crew so we got DKay.com. Unfortunatelly the songs are kept in a verse-refrain-verse scheme and it doesn't fit to noisy guitars. Deeper sounds much better than Decayenz but I'm still not satisfied with such ventures. I could compare that to KMFDM and MDKFM - maybe the label sounds a bit different but it doesn't give much more impresions at all. Of course there are songs like All-Time Low, Carcrash Music For Now People and Ubermensch but I feel I lacked something important. That's Next reminds me the latest experiments of Pitchshifter and it could sound well if most of songs sounded like that on the Deeper... album. Let's count to three in hope to get any even different record of DKay.com. ( Katarzyna NINa Górnisiewicz. Must not be used for promotional or commercial purposes. Split Infinity, Hell Is Heaven, Drag Me Down, The Final Show, Numb, E-Motion, How Many Times, Neverland, The Paradise Way, Cerulian Blue, Here We Are Strangers, Hidden
Horrible! Neverland and Hell Is Heaven songs just delete from the tracklisting in a player at once. It's a very dancey album and hard to believe that Engler made a variety of perfect songs thanx to his previous activity in Die Krupps band. Other than that Cerulian Blue and Hidden are worth of listening to. On the better note there is ex-Skrew's musician Adam Grossman who features on guitars as well as in a video for Hell Is Heaven song. ( Katarzyna NINa Górnisiewicz.
