Victory Pill has been put on hiatus
British electronic rock band Victory Pill has been put on hiatus according to this official statement published on 09/29/2012.
The band explains they've been busy with other composing jobs and since making new albums and playing live shows take a lot of money to do it DIY, they'd had to give Victory Pill a low priority.

A few of you have been messaging us to ask what's going with VP at the moment so we thought it was time we posted an official update-Myself (Jim) and Pete have decided that for the foreseeable future Victory Pill will be in a state of Hibernation!...

The last 2 albums we released were both entirely DIY which took up a huge amount of our time and energy. Considering we've never had any record label fund this band I think we've done well. At the moment there are no plans to release a 3rd album, however that is not to say that we won't be releasing a new track or remix further down the line. One thing that we are sure of is that live gigs aren't going to happen, the expense is huge and both myself and Pete have a lot of other projects/composing jobs on the go which need to take priority now.

That said, The Digital Divide was always meant to be a studio album which is why we got so many guest vocalists involved. So the website is currently down and we are planning to move everything here so should anyone want CD's and Tees you still can get them here.

All that's left to say is thank you all for your support over the years, it has meant loads to me and Pete that you guys like the albums. You can keep up to date with what we are both doing on the site... for now VP is hibernating. As for future releases we should never say never, but at the moment theres no plans for new tunes. Thank you all again. Jim and Pete.
