Technical Difficulties |BMG/RESTLESS, 1999|
Superdrama, Coming Down, Wait, Anger Impulse, Little Let Down, Release It, Gone, Hit Back, Leaving, Fireflies, Seedling, Fiend
Coming Down reminds me 'Ungod' by Stabbing Westward and some of older NIN songs from Pretty Hate Machine era. There are also a few Depeche Mode "let's go to bed" like songs - Leaving and Wait with a bit ...salsa trumpet. Hit Back a bit EBM like music in the style of Nitzer Ebb but on the whole I heard lots of those sounds on other bands' records... (

Release It |BMG/Restless, 1999|
Release It (Album Version), Heaven Trails, Release It (Empirion Mix), Release It (Amanda Mix), Release It (Hyperkinetik Mix), Release It (Dragon Base Mix), Technical Difficulties
The remixes for Technical Difficulties album are the variations of Release It song. A gag for collectors. (

Omnipresent |Neurotic Records, 1996|
Dead Peddler, Bitch, New Power, Won't Stay Lit, Jump Steven, Jump!, This Doggy Bites, Rejoice, Best Things, I Don't Know You, Dreams Of Conspiracy,Thinker, Flesh Feeds Soul
What does stick in a memory after the first audition? It's definitely New Power song. Trance vibe and predatory claws. Simple and cool. The second pearl is Thinker. On the other hand the music sounds a bit out of date so the release year - 1996 - doesn't fit somehow. There are a few Depeche Mode like songs to mention I Don't Know You and Jump Steven, Jump!, but Hate Dept. music has its own unique vibe and the band name sticks in a memory ;) (

Mainline EP |Neurotic Records, 1995|
New Power (Suck Dry), Omnipresent, Cowgirl, I Don't Know You
The EP for Omnipresent album. It doesn't stand out with anything precious but a collector should have one. (

The House That Hate Built |Mars Colony Music, 2001|
Disc 1: More Like Me, Beat Me Up, Dead Peddler (Live), Anger Impulse, Drew, Won't Stay Lit, I Am Truth (Live), Bitch, New Power, Start Digging, Release It (Live)
Disc 2: California, Countergrowth, Hit Back, Tough Guy, Cowgirl, You're The Only One, Technical Difficulties, New Power (Uberzone Remix), Fiend, Gone, Babyfat
The set of 2 CDs contain previously unreleased songs, demos, songs from Meat.Your.Maker and live songs of Hate Dept. I'm Truth (live) sounds even better because of sharper guitar riffs to the original ones. Good points for New Power, Babyfat, Beat Me Up and You're The Only One. There are a few clear links to Skinny Puppy music - Won't Stay Lit and Drew. The metal vibe was added to I Am Truth and Hit Back. Rock'n'roll only in Cowgirl. Fortunately only there... (

Ditch |Underground, 2003|
Meaner, Apologizing, Insects, Do It For Money, Glamorous, Bleed And Smile, Not The One, For What, Gravity, Just Say No To Love, One Hundred Stairs, California, I Am,
Peace Is Your Dream
It is a long awaited album. Begins with dynamical Meaner wherer we can find Orgy like vibes thanx to guitars and vocals. Bleed and Smile sound kinda new romantic style like. Hate Dept. can create such enchanting songs like Dreams of Conspiracy sometimes too ;-) Next a way cool song called Gravity, I was getting back to it a few times. California it's another Depeche Mode like song seems Seibold is influenced by the band. The low note is for the fact that on the whole it's not a revelation. (
