Well, this is absolutely interesting such a music was released and given for free to the listeners. It's not any kind of a poorly produced amateur demo. This is a fully professional release converted to the high quality 320 kbps mp3 files, properly tagged and copyrighted.
When it comes to the tunes, it has an original vibe although at the very first auditioning you may hear mostly distorted vocals and sampled guitars. When you listen to it the second time it reveals a variety of interesting sound solutions and arrangements which bring 10 very well done songs. I guess the closest association to any other band playing such music might be some compositions by Raymond Watts from Pig, but missing those typical for Pig classical music enhancements and intros.
There are a lot of influences to be found as well in LS 201 music to mention Bauhaus (guitars in Insane), both a bit Him and Rage Against The Machines (vocals in BurnBurnBurn), with some metal music like add-ons (K., Ocean Theology, Things Are So Good). Personally I find the last song on the album called Tokyo Vitriol the most interesting thanks to its improving. It contains a wide range of sounds and influences with an amazing atmosphere growing up the more we follow to the and of the track. Must have it all!
