Blinded | Bodybag Productions, 1995|

To The Head, Mad Drunk, Cash Out, Oranges, Black Heart, Now Hear This, Blinded, Everything, False Death, Copper Eyed Martyr, The Power, Fade

This album makes me tired. There are lots sounds recalling Skinny Puppy, Ministry, Pigface or Foetus music. There are also a few guitar driven songs, but because of the samples catchy perhaps 10 years ago, it is recognizable the music is out of date and sounds even funny. The only one song worth of memory is False Death what sounds rather fresh and dynamic.

Welcome To Babylon |Bodybag Productions, 2006|

BabyLAon, Mainframe God, Dead2U, Hold Me Down, Ghost, Humiliation, Captured Emotions, Eye Candy, Mission Improbable, Porno

Idiot Stare is probably the best known of their remixes for artists, altho they release full albums once in a while. Welcome To Babylon is the newest album released in 2006 including ten dance songs driven both by the electronics and guitars. The album is much better than Blinded but the technology has been developing since 1995 and seems the band used it in a certain way. There are a few significant songs like Hold Me Down - really great song for a dance floor, same as Mission Improbable kept in a trance style vibe. Of the heavier stuff be sure to pay attention to Dead2U. A track called Eye Candy sounds half electronic and half punk while Mainframe God seems to be chosen by the band as a promotional song for the newest Idiot Stare album, followed by a video to be watched for instance on YouTube.com Well produced, multi-content album with and eye catching artwork.
